摘 要:中国自加入WTO(世界贸易组织)后,房地产企业已出现了新形势,新的机会平台正在构成,在机会的平台背后,还存在着巨大的潜在危机,这种危机来自全球各个国家和地区的企业,他们正虎视眈眈地看着中国的房地产企业。关系营销作为—种新型的营销理论,整合了现代企业的营销实践活动。本论文通过对国内房地产市场的分析,对中国房地产企业目前市场运作所存在的问题进行了阐述,制定出房地产企业关系营销策略,剖析房地产在实施关系营销策略中应注意的问题,希望能给房地产企业未来的营销策略带来一定的帮助。7330

Abstract: Since China joined the WTO (World Trade Organization), the real estate enterprises have emerged in the new situation, new opportunities platform is constituted, in the back platform of opportunity, there is still huge potential crisis that come from various countries and regions around the world business, they are looking at China eyeing the real estate business.
