摘要近年来我国票据市场得到较快发展，票据市场在整个经济运行中发挥的作用逐渐凸显，票据市场的结构不断优化，票据业务的覆盖面不断扩大，规范化管理不断加强。本文从规模、种类、结构、监管等方面对票据市场的现状进行分析，并在分析过程中指出票据市场现存的问题，并指出问题存在的原因，最后，对票据市场中存在的问题提出相关建议意见，以求促进票据市场的发展。本文将从理论与实务两大方面，分别对我国票据市场的发展问题进行研究，以期对我国票据市场起到积极的推动作用。51053
