Abstract:  The current global Smartphone market is developing at an amazing speed; China has become the largest market.  The Chinese mobile phone market is experiencing fierce competition. In recent years, iphone, as the representative of the international brand, strongly landed on China and formed a great impact on the domestic mobile phone. Firstly, the article combined with the iphone market share, product interest and profits to describe the present development situation of mobile phone market in China. Secondly，it adopts the method of data analysis ,case studies to deeply analyze the iphone on domestic mobile phone and the influence of the market and the reasons for the impact from the aspects of mode transformation, the brand strategy, market pattern ,At last, it describes the future development trend of Chinese mobile phone market, and then according to  it to put forward some corresponding countermeasures for domestic mobile phone brand how to seek survival and development in the fierce competition.
