摘要随着中国经济的不断发展，股票市场在我国金融市场中担任着越来越重要的角色，但其发展时间较短，存在着一系列问题。信息披露制度不完善是其主要问题之一，尤其是信息不对称问题，容易导致内幕交易产生。虽然我国的信息披露制度在发展过程中进行了多次改革，各种规范性文件不断进行修订，但仍有着一些不足之处。运用规范分析法和文献研究法，分析信息披露违规以及信息不对称造成的影响及其产生的原因，结合我国股票市场出现的信息披露违规案例，提出一系列完善信息披露制度，减轻信息不对称的措施。措施包括从强制进行信息披露转向注重披露质量提高、加强上市公司内部监管、对证监会监管职责重新定位、加大对违规披露的惩处力度等。为了确保股票市场健康稳定的发展，从这些方面对我国现行信息披露制度进行优化，减少信息对称的产生，从而保护投资者的利益、增强投资信心。70331

Chinese stock market information disclosure system research ——based on the perspective of information asymmetry

Abstract With the continuous development of China's economy, the stock market plays an increasingly important role in China's financial markets, but the development time is too short, it has a series of problems. Imperfect Information disclosure system is one of the major issues, particularly the problem of asymmetric information, easily lead to insider trading generated. Although China's information disclosure system in the development process carried out many reforms, the various regulatory documents have been revised, but there are still some deficiencies. Using normative analysis and literature research, analyze the causes and the impact of the disclosure of information violation and the information asymmetry, combined with the cases of China's stock market information disclosure violations, come up with a series of steps to improve the information disclosure system and reduce the information asymmetry measures. Including regard elevating the quality of information discolosure from mandatory disclosure system, improve the internal control of public company, supervisory duties for the Commission to relocate, increase punishment for illegal disclosure. To ensure the healthy and stable development of the stock market, can optimize current information disclosure system from these aspects to reduce the generation of information symmetry, thereby protecting the interests of investors and enhance investor confidence.
