Status and Countermeasures of Foreign Direct Investment in China's Banking
Abstract: With the depth development of economic globalization trend, in order to meet our sustainable economic development, industrial structure adjustment and other need, our government proposed the "going out" strategy. With its implementation, our bank’s foreign direct investment and cooperation expanded rapidly. There are also many shortcomings in foreign direct investment in China banking, compared with other developed countries there is a gap. In this paper, it gives an objective analysis of the development process of China foreign investment in banking. According to the problems and deficiencies existing in the foreign investment, our government and the banking should take measures in order to ensure the healthy development of foreign investment in China banking.

前言
不断加深的经济全球化、一体化，俨然已成为不可抗拒的客观事实和不可逆转的趋势。在激烈的竞争中，只有主动运用“走出去”战略方针，主动参与国际的分工，大力发展我国对外直接投资才能从全球视角考虑经济发展空间、资源配置，从而促进我国经济结构的转移、调整和升级，才能够抓住在经济全球化中的世界产业结构的调整转移的历史机遇，促进我国自身经济的发展。
目前，中国的对外投资已经成为全球直接投资领域中的后起之秀。据《2011年度中国对外直接投资统计公报》上的显示，截止到2011年末，中国对外直接投资的净额（流量）746.5亿美元，较上年度增长8.5%。《2012年世界投资报告》上显示，2011年全球外国直接投资流出流量1.69万亿美元,年末存量21.17万亿美元,以此为基期进行计算,2011年中国对外直接投资分别占全球当年流量、存量的4.4%和2%，2011年中国对外直接投资流量名列按全球国家（地区）排名的第6位，存量位居第13位。可以明确，对外直接投资的迅速发展对于我国融入全球经济、提升国际地位具有极其重大的意义。
