Effects of Green Barriers on China's Vegetable Export and Countermeasures
Abstract: After China's accession to the WTO, tariff barriers is reduced greatly, while green barriers is playing an increasingly important role in international trade. Many developed countries adopt green barriers to boycott China's vegetable export, affecting China’s vegetable export. This paper researches the current situation of vegetable export in China and analyses the positive and passive influence on China's vegetable export the green barriers bring to.Then it probes into the causes of China's vegetable export meeting with green barriers such as unreasonable structure of export market, and weak consciousness of production and processing enterprises’ safety and so on, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures for these reasons. These studies can guide our vegetable export trade to do better in dealing with all kinds of green barriers. Therefore, it is important to the development of China's vegetable export trade.

前言
我国在蔬菜生产过程中一直都拥有成本低、价格低的优势，在蔬菜出口贸易中我国一直都占有重要的地位，国际竞争力很强，蔬菜出口量也一直都在世界各个出口国中名列前茅，这就威胁到发达国家的利益，引起发达国家的强烈不满，为了阻止我国蔬菜出口贸易的快速发展，发达国家设置了多种绿色壁垒，增加市场准入难度，如发达国家一直以我国蔬菜产品的农药含量严重超标、色素过量等为借口限制我国蔬菜的进口，造成我国蔬菜出口受国外绿色壁垒的影响日益严重。本文通过对蔬菜出口现状的研究，分析了我国蔬菜出口所受到的绿色壁垒的双重影响以及蔬菜出口遭遇绿色壁垒的成因，并在此基础上提出了一系列有效规避绿色壁垒的措施。
