Effects of Green Barriers on China's Vegetable Export and Countermeasures
Abstract: After China's accession to the WTO, tariff barriers is reduced greatly, while green barriers is playing an increasingly important role in international trade. Many developed countries adopt green barriers to boycott China's vegetable export, affecting China’s vegetable export. This paper researches the current situation of vegetable export in China and analyses the positive and passive influence on China's vegetable export the green barriers bring to.Then it probes into the causes of China's vegetable export meeting with green barriers such as unreasonable structure of export market, and weak consciousness of production and processing enterprises’ safety and so on, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures for these reasons. These studies can guide our vegetable export trade to do better in dealing with all kinds of green barriers. Therefore, it is important to the development of China's vegetable export trade.
