Competitive Advantage Based on the Perspective of the Social Responsibility of Multinational Corporation
Abstract: In recent years, with the accelerating rate of economic globalization and the complicated international environment, international trade due to corporate social responsibility issues caused some issues happening in the global trade, such as the environment worsening, lack of resources, multinational business deficiency of ethics and so on, affecting seriously the sustainable development of the multinational company. Therefore, based on the theory of enterprise and social responsibility as well as competitive advantage theory, multinational corporation competitive advantage theory analysis model is constructed according to the enterprise and social responsibility. Starting with the national factors, brands, company culture, and the key resources--the four elements, this dissertation will analyze multinational corporation competitive advantage formation process, and give suggestion to Chinese multinational corporations.
