Discussion of the Situation of Export Credit Insurance for Enterprises
Abstract: Export credit insurance is a risk safeguard measure provided by a country in order to effectively promote the development of export trade, safeguard the legitimate interests of the exporter and the banks. This article first to define the concept and function of export credit insurance, laying the theoretical foundation for the analysis of enterprise using of export credit insurance in China; secondly, it elaborates the present situation of the export credit insurance using by our enterprise and the development of China's export credit insurance; and then it analysis the problem of the export credit insurance in our country from companies, insurance companies, government three aspects; finally, based on the main problems, it puts forward to the rational countermeasures.

前言
纵观我国改革开放后的贸易发展，我国的贸易进口值和出口值占国民生产总值的比重越来越大，对外依存度越来越高，出口贸易的快速发展已成为促进国民经济持续快速增长的重要力量。解决好这些问题，将对我国对外经贸的全面、可持续发展产生深远影响。在当今经济全球化不断扩大的大环境下，如何推动对外贸易的发展，如何支持外贸和经济发展，使我国的对外开放能参与到更大的范围、更高的层次的国际合作与竞争，我们正面临着严峻的挑战。对这些问题的探讨研究，对我国国民经济的持续增长与对外贸易的发展来说有着深刻的现实意义。
出口信用保险使出口企业可以取得更便利的信贷条件和更安全的收汇环境，对促进国家经济的发展和推动出口贸易的增长有着重大作用。我国加入WTO后，出口信用保险政策的有效性，以及与国际接轨的适用性优势变得更加突出。然而，我国的出口信用保险的发展相对滞后，与我国外贸的迅速发展是不相称的。随着时代的发展，中国的出口信用保险的业务与模式的不断成熟，尤其是随着我国WTO过渡期的结束，出口信用保险在推动对外贸易和经济发展方面的作用越来越显著。在此背景下，有必要分析我国企业利用出口信用的现状和存在的问题，为支持、指导企业利用出口信用保险提供一些建议。
