摘 要:本文分析南通市城乡居民收入差距分析及对策，从南通城乡居民收入现状分析入 手，研究南通市农民收入现状和构成，从而确定南通市城乡居民的收入差距。本文通过研 究南通市城乡居民收入差距的原因，认为具有历史遗留下来的问题、城乡经济因素、政策 扶植差异、分配制度税收制度差异等问题。最后提出缩小城乡收入差距的对策，建议改善 农村经济发展、改革城乡二元管理体制机制、完善城乡就业体系、完善农村社会保障制度。72058

1 引言

由于城市和农村地区的贫富差距拉大了城乡收入差距，这将导致一系列的社会矛盾， 并使矛盾更清晰。如果忽视了差距的存在，并且让收入差距继续扩大下去会危害国家的发 展和民族的存在，因此，急需解决收入差距的问题。同时考虑城市和农村地区的社会经济 发展，创建和谐社会是中国社会和经济发展的基本原则，也是法律的要求必然的经济发展
