温州市进出口贸易发展现状及对策探讨
摘 要：21世纪是经济全球化和区域经济一体化的时代，时代的浪潮引领着世界不断提高产业开放度。本文立足经济全球化的背景下，通过分析温州市近年的进出口贸易情况，温州市进出口贸易当前进出口贸易存在非市场化问题、缺乏新时期规模产业、进出口贸易结构不合理、品牌竞争力下降；提出了提高进出口产品的质量、积极扩展服务贸易、优化进出口贸易结构、增强自主研发品牌能力的建议。本文的研究希望能够对温州的进出口贸易改进提供有效的帮助。75771

Abstract: Twenty-first Century is the era of economic globalization and regional economic integration，the era of the wave of leading the world to continuously improve the level of industrial openness。 Based on the background of economic globalization，this paper reviews the import and export trade of Wenzhou city in recent years，studies the impact of import and export trade on the industrial structure，examines its historical evolution，development status and correlation; analyzes the existing international economic downturn，import and export dependence，trade barriers，and the optimization of the import and export trade structure，the implementation of corporate environmental management，to speed up the process of financing，innovation and progress。 The research of this paper will provide some help for the future research of Wenzhou import and export trade in theory，research methods，technology and reality，and hope to provide effective help to improve the import and export trade of Wenzhou，and achieve the long-term prosperity and development of foreign trade in the new era。

1 引言
2015年，浙江省实现外贸进出口值3094亿美元，比2010年增长22%，居全国第5位，其中出口2163。6亿美元，同比增长19。9% 。温州，是浙南地区经济、文化、交通中心，在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的背景下，温州的经济已不再着眼于区域范围内的，而是面向全球寻求发展。温州2015年外贸进出口值达到403亿美元，占全省的13% ，近年来呈现稳中有升的健康发展态势。随着新时代进出口贸易的发展，温州在进出口贸易发展中体现了现有贸易手段的局限性，因此，通过对温州进出口贸易的分析研究，能够找到温州进出口贸易的发展特点。本文将立足经济全球化的背景下，根据温州市近年的进出口贸易情况，考察其发展现状及相关性；分析当前进出口贸易所存在的问题；为研究如何解决当前问题提出建议。希望本文的研究将会为今后温州进出口贸易发展提供一定的帮助。
