摘要随着经济全球化以及我国市场经济的日趋成熟,中国汽车行业的市场竞争也越来越激烈。作为一个自主品牌的中小型企业,奇瑞汽车企业在中国汽车产业这个特定的背景和环境中实现了艰难的创业突破和爆发式的发展,并不断拓展国际市场,取得了不错的业绩,具有一定的代表性。本论文主要从世界汽车市场的格局以及中国汽车行业状况进行了分析,对奇瑞汽车企业国际化战略的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了SWOT方法分析,并根据奇瑞在国际化进程中采取的国际市场进入战略、海外建厂战略、战略联盟战略、自主创新战略以及国际化品牌战略进行了详细的研究,最后对其在国际化进程中出现的一些制约因素提出了改进建议。9898

Title The Internationalization of the Chery Automobile Company and Its Implications
Abstract
As economic globalization and Chinese market economy matures, competition in the market of the Chinese automotive industry is more and more fierce.As an independent brand of the small and medium-sized enterprise,Chery Automobile Enterprises in this particular background and environment have achieved the difficult business breakthroughs and explosive development,and continue to expand the international market to achieve good results with a certain representative.The article mainly analysis the pattern of the world's automotive market,the status of China's automobile industry,the advantages,and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of international strategy by SWOT method,and study the international market entry strategy,setting up factories overseas strategy,strategic alliance strategy,the strategy of independent innovation,as well as international brand strategy.Finally simple recommendations for improvement are given according to some of its drawbacks in the process of development.
