摘要：改革开放以来，中国正在逐步地跟上世界经济的队列，同各国的联系也在不停地加深。此外，自改革开放以来，我国的对外贸易的交易额也在一步一步向前增进。目前来说，在国际贸易中阻碍贸易顺利开展的关税已经在逐渐减少，非关税壁垒逐渐也正在变为各国政府庇护贸易的重要措施。因此在如今通过减少关税来促进贸易开展的措施基本已无法再继续的情况下，贸易的效率问题作逐渐在被人们所关注。现在，贸易便利化在经过各国政府、各个国际组织的一起努力和不断改进下，已经有了进一步的发展。跨国贸易中的便利化问题正在逐渐被人们所重视。中国作为贸易大国更应该注意贸易便利化的发展，尤其是在我国贸易环境越发困难的现在。提高贸易便利化的水平，对我国贸易的促进作用有着十分大的潜力。在这样的背景下，本文通过各种定义的解释，贸易便利化理论依据的讲解，对中国贸易便利化的发展现状和障碍的解读以及影响我国贸易便利化的因素，提出了相应的对策意见。80898

The trade facilitation and its influence factor Under the background of One Belt And One Road

Abstract: Since the reform and open of China, China has gradually integrate into the world economy, and contact with other countries in a much deeper way, foreign trade turnover has maintained the growth trend。 And with the deeper development of economy, the trade facilitation has become an important part of the trade。 At the same time, under the joint efforts of international organizations and all countries over the world, trade liberalization have developed, the trade tariff which would influence international trade has been gradually reduce, and non-tariff barriers have gradually become the main means of countries’ protective trade。 In the case of the tariff adjustment scope becoming smaller and smaller, the efficiency of trade issues, as a kind of invisible barriers of the market begins to be noticed。 Meanwhile, people began to pay more attention to the problem of trade facilitation of international trade。Trade facilitation plays a really important role here。In this context, this paper combined with the related definition of the trade facilitation, and then expounded the current status of the development of China's trade facilitation and obstacles of that , as well as the influence factors of China's trade facilitation。Finally, I puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, to promote the process of trade facilitation, and to promote the development of foreign trade。
