摘要：农，天下之大本也。中华上下五千年的悠久历史中，不乏英雄杰出之辈，不乏变革求生之例。然，务农重本，乃国之大纲，千载史记中，无一不是。中国古代开始，劳动人民及统治者便开始对农业劳作的重视，土地的所有，农耕的时节，农耕的器械，农耕者的地位等等；到现代，中国仍以农业为第一产业，对农业的政策支持，技术支持不减反增。而农业的产物，农产品，从古至今种类越来越繁多，加之人口的变迁和从国外引进新的物种等外界因素，中国的农产品种类数不胜数。在世界经济一体化大背景下，发挥出中国农业大国的优势，改变传统的农产品的加工贸易方式，提高农产品的国际贸易参与度，促进从以量取胜的传统模式到以质取胜的现代化模式的转变。81078

Analysis on the Present Situation and Development Prospect of Chinese Foreign Trade of Agricultural Products

Abstract：Agriculture is the foundation of all industries。 Chinese long history of over five thousands years has witnessed generations of heroes and examples of revolutions。 However, the significance of farming has always been paramount to the nation, written in thousands years of historical records。Since ancient time, the importance has been given to agriculture by farmers and rulers: from land ownership to farming season, from farming machines to farmers’ status。 In modern time, China increases its political and technical support in agriculture with agriculture as its primary industry。 The agricultural products are getting more and more various, a process intensified by exrernal factors like demographic transition and introduction of foreign species。 Under the background of economic integration, China, as a large agricultural country, has brought its advantages into full play。 The traditional way of processing and trading has been changed; a higher participation into international trade has been encouraged; and the transformation from quantity target to quality index has been made。
