摘要中小板自设立以来，作为促进我国中小企业发展壮大的高效融资平台和资源配置渠道，在经济结构调整、转变经济增长方式、改善民生方面作出了巨大贡献。而中小板指数作为衡量其波动规律的重要指标，为投资者和市场提供了了解中小板市场走向的重要工具，本文系统分析了影响近期中小板指数上升的因素，以股票市场上的中小板上市公司为研究主体，查验了各影响因素对中小板指数的作用，以内部以及外部两个方面为切入点，进行系统性的分析，内部从中小企业规模、盈利能力、资产结等进行阐述，外部从政府补助、创新能力以及人力投入等几个方面进行阐述。在实证分析中，通过选择一定数量的中小板上市为样本，逐步构建模型体系，探究影响中小板指数波动的原因。结果显示：内部因素和外部因素共同影响到近期指数的上升。同时将中小板指数与主板其他指数的波动规律进行对比，反映出中小板指数在经济基础方面的特征，结合中小板上市公司现状，综合全文结论提出了相关建议。82550

Title    Analysis on the cause of the recent rise of small and medium sized plate index                                   

Abstract Since the SME Board has been establishment, as the efficient financing platform and resource allocation channel to promote the development and expansion of our country’s small and medium-sized enterprise, it helps a lot in terms of the adjustment of economic structure and  the transformation of economic growth pattern, at the same time it improves the livelihood of the people who made great contributions to this industry。 The small and medium-sized board index was set as an important indicator of the fluctuation of this board for investors and the market to provide the understanding to the SME board market of the system。 To analysis the factors of the impact of the recent small board index rising, we chose the medium and small board listed companies as the research object, and examined the check effect of the factors of small and medium-sized board index。 In this paper, from the internal and external aspects,we carry on the system analysis, the internal including the firm size, profitability, capital structure of the enterprise, external one included the government subsidies, innovation and human capital input carries on the elaboration。 Then, taking listing Corporation as the samples to do the model and the empirical analysis of the effect of each factor。The empirical results show that: the internal factors, the firm size, the company's profitability, the company's capital structure is positively correlated with the index, external factors could not affect the rise of the index。 At the same time, the small and medium-sized board index is compared with other index of the main board, and finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical results, the paper combined the status of small and medium-sized board listing Corporation and put forward suggestions。 I have read many of the literature, data collection to do many of the early work, integrated predecessors, based on the research of scientific choice of the research methods。
