摘  要：对外直接投资是我国企业发展的关键阶段之一，分析来看，我国企业在对外直接投资的过程中，主要面临着评估风险、融资风险、人事整合风险、支付风险等方面的风险。分析这些风险的主要成因在于我国企业在对外直接投资的过程中存在评估缺乏科学性、融资渠道单一、未做好人事整合计划、支付方式单一等问题。针对这些问题，为我国企业的对外直接投资中风险的防范提出了建立科学的评估体系与方法、拓宽融资渠道、设立详尽的人事整合计划、运用多种支付方式等对策建议，以期切实的促进我国企业的对外直接投资效能，进一步促进我国企业的发展。83036

Our country enterprise of foreign direct investment risk issues to explore

Abstract：Foreign direct investment is one of the key stages of enterprise development in our country, the analysis of view, our country enterprise in the process of foreign direct investment, mainly facing to assess risk, finance risk, human resource integration risk, the risk of payment risk, etc。 Analyze the main causes of these risks is that our country enterprise exists in the process of foreign direct investment lack of scientific nature, the single financing channel, did not do a good job in the personnel integration plan, such as payment of a single problem。 To solve these problems, for our country enterprise of foreign direct investment risk prevention is proposed to establish scientific evaluation system and methods, broaden the financing channels, set up a detailed personnel integration plan, using a variety of payment, etc。 Countermeasures and Suggestions, in order to effectively promote our country enterprise of foreign direct investment efficiency, further promote the development of China's enterprises。
