摘  要:随着全球经济一体化的趋势不断加强， 各国的贸易往来日益频繁，而对外直接投资在一国经济的发展中起到了至关重要的作用。各国为了在激烈的竞争中处于有利位置，纷纷调整对外政策，加强国内企业的对外投资。而说到对外投资又不得不说到美国这个世界上最为有经验的，最大的对外投资国家。我国在进入改革开放后也积极推进对外投资，而在新的历史形式下积极向美国学习其有用的经验服务于我国的发展和政策的改革就显得尤为重要。83486

The Comparison and Enlightenment of Foreign Direct Investment between China and USA

Abstract: With the development of global economic integration, the trade between countries is becoming increasingly frequent, and foreign direct investment plays a very important role in the development of a country's economy。 In order to gain a favorable position in the fierce competition, countries around the world all adjust their foreign policies to strengthen the foreign investment of domestic enterprises。 When it comes to foreign investment, the United States is undoubtedly the most experienced and the largest countries in the world。 Since entering into the reform and opening up period, China has been promoting the foreign investment actively。 Under the new historical period, it is of great importance to draw on the successful experience of the United States and thus serve to the development of our own country。

前言

我国实行改革开放以来，将“引进来”与“走出去”战略紧密结合起来，推动了我国经济的飞速发展。但近些年以来，中国成为世界第二大引进外资的国家，但对外直接投资相比于其他投资发达国家仍有一定的差距。而作为世界最大的对外投资国，其丰富的对外投资经验与政策的制定值得我们学习。因此，将两国的对外投资的政策和方式进行细致的比较，取其之长，补己之短，是完善我国对外投资政策，发展我国对外投资的极为有效的方法。论文网
