摘要：我国对外贸易的重要方式是加工贸易，并在其中发挥着不可忽视的作用。它不仅增加了大量就业机会，提高了国家财政收入，促进了产业结构优化，加速了我国经济现代化，更促进我国对外贸易发展。但是，在加工贸易发展的同时也出现了许多问题，尤其是企业加工贸易企业技术水平低，过度依赖外资，区域发展不平衡，劳动力优势丧失，政府优惠政策反向阻碍等问题。为了促进我国加工贸易发展，企业应提高自主创新能力，严格外资准入审核，寻找替代劳动力新优势，政府应推动东中西区域平衡发展，深化加工贸易体制改革。84013

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Processing Trade in China

我国加工贸易发展过程中存在的问题及对策研究前言

在经济全球化的背景下，跨国公司的投资规模不断扩大，国际贸易的快速发展，加工贸易迅速在世界各国脱颖而出，得到各国的青睐。我国加工贸易政策开始实施于19世纪70年代末，为我国国民经济快速增长发挥了巨大作用。加工贸易是我国参与亚太地区及全球产业分工与转移的重要手段，自加入世界贸易组织后，我国对外贸易环境进一步优化，欧美等发达国家向我国转移成熟的加工技术的跨国公司越来越多，这促使我国出口产品结构进一步优化完善，加工技术不断进步。
