摘要当今社会是一个信息化的社会，每个行业都离不开移动互联。移动互联增加了信息传播的途径，加快了信息传播的速度，平衡了信息的不对称。现在，将移动互联应用在警务调度上，可以改变工作人员传统的办公方式，加快信息的流通，使工作效率得到成倍的提升。利用移动互联的优势打造新的警务调度系统，是一种崭新的理念。84452

该平台实现了对传统警务工作的信息化改造。这个平台由报警App，接警App，调度后台三个部分组成。由报警App收集报警信息，调度后台分配警力，接警App通知警员、出警。这里的接警App采用Eclipse和ADT作为开发环境，使用C/S架构实现对App的开发。

该Android App实现了与基于移动互联的110警务平台的对接，是该平台非常重要的一部分，主要实现了对警员的身份认证，实时上报警员的位置，即时获取紧急任务，获取任务列表，查看任务的详细信息，上报任务处理结果，实时地图显示自己的位置，实时显示紧急报警人的位置等功能。

基于移动互联的110警务平台——接警App具有良好的操作界面，警员通过这个App可以即时接收来自调度后台的任务，清晰地显示报警地点，快捷地完成事件的处理和上报。

Abstract In today's society is a society of information, every industry is inseparable from the mobile Internet。 Mobile Internet increases the way of information dissemination, accelerate the speed of information dissemination, balance the information asymmetry。 In the present, the mobile Internet can play a prominent role in policing scheduling, it can change the staff of the traditional office mode, speed up the flow of information, make work efficiency improved exponentially。 Take advantage of the mobile Internet will create new police dispatch system, what is a kind of brand-new concept。 

The platform realizes the informatization reform of traditional policing work。 This platform includes three parts。One is the alarm App,another one is called App, and the  last one is the background。 Alarm information collected by the alarm App, scheduling the background distribution agents, called App notify police, treat the cases。 Here the called App USES the Eclipse and ADT as development environment, using C/S architecture to the development of the App。 

The Android App implements and docking based on mobile Internet platform for the 110 police,is a very important part of the solution, mainly realizes the identity authentication of police officers, real-time reporting officer position, instant access to emergency task, get the task list, view the task details, report task processing, real-time map shows their location, real-time display the location of the emergency alarm people, etc。 

The Police App Of Police Platform Based On Mobile Internet has a good interface, officers using this App can instantly receive from task scheduling background, clear display alarm location, quickly complete event processing and reporting。
