摘要在最近五年,基于RFID 射频识别系统的应用正逐渐增多,并且已经成功地运用到了交通运输、医疗保健、农业生产、酒店管理和企业考勤等不同的领域当中,实现了车辆跟踪、安全存储检测、动物监控、供应链及人员管理等功能。而射频识别技术凭借其读取速率高、可靠性佳和低成本等优点,成为众多企业和学校考勤系统的首选方案。84454
随着企业体系的增长,员工数量的不断上升,古老的考勤技术已无法满足企业管理的时效性和准确性,也使得企业管理体系变得冗余,所以现代化员工考勤管理系统的出现就有了其积极意义。另外,计算机技术和企业员工考勤管理系统也有着相互推动和促进的作用,计算机技术的加强与革新为实现员工考勤管理系统铺垫了良好的基础。于是本文设计了一种适合企业管理的考勤系统。
基于 RFID 的员工考勤系统主要使用了可视化编程和数据库技术,主要包含了数据采集和员工信息管理两个部分。在硬件部分采用了型号为 KL9005S 的射频识别读写器及相应的被动标签,KL9005S 读写器可以读取并采集标签中所储存的员工信息。软件部分则采用 C# 编写可视化程序来调用读写器中收集到的员工信息,并将数据存储在数据库当中,也可以对数据做出增添、删除、查询或者修改等操作。最终得出的数据将可以打印出来供管理人员和领导检验,方便领导下达奖惩等相应决策。
结果表明,基于 RFID 的员工考勤系统具有良好的操作性,能够有效解决员工签到问题。同时,和人工考勤相比,基于 RFID 的员工考勤能够有效降低人力物力的耗损,减少企业的管理成本。

Work attendance management system based on RFID mainly uses visual programming technology and database technology, mainly includes data acquisition and management of employee information in two parts。 In the hardware part of the model KL9005S reader and the corresponding passive tags, KL9005S can be read and collect employee information stored in the tag。 Part using software written in C # visualization program to call the reader to collect employee information, and store the data in a database which can also be made to add data, delete, query or modify operation。 Ultimately resulting data can be easily out promise for management and leadership test, facilitate incentives and other leaders issued the corresponding decision。
The result shows that the work attendance management system based on RFID has good operability, and can effectively solve the problem of work attendance。 Because RFID technology enables the electronic tag remote control and monitoring, it is possible to reduce the drain on manpower and material resources, saving the cost of enterprise management。
