摘要随着科学技术的快速发展，电子化、信息化覆盖的范围越来越广，在日常工作交流中传统的纸质化、人工化会议通知的方式已经很难适应工作需要，其主要有如下弊端：办公效率低下、办事人员冗杂、会议室的分配日志记录繁琐。这些弊端给企业的长远发展添加了负担。在此背景下一个便捷化、效率高、多功能化的会议管理系统对于一个现代的规模化的公司来说就显得尤为重要了。

本文设计与开发了一个自动化的会议管理系统，该系统分为员工和管理员两类用户。普通员工具有的功能包括：查看以及下载公司的文件、查看通告、查看会议室的使用情况、查看有无和自己相关的会议、发起会议以及在公司内部的留言论坛上发表言论等；管理员具有的功能包括：上传文件、发布公告、根据会议室的硬件状况来及时更新会议室的信息、管理员工的信息、管理公司部门信息及管理留言论坛的帖子等功能。86339

本系统基于B/S架构，前端使用了JSP+MiniUi框架技术，后台使用了传统的Servlet，在某些功能上使用了SpringMVC+Hibernate技术，页面使用AJAX异步刷新技术，提高用户的体验度，数据库采用MySQL。

Abstract With the rapid development of science and technology, electronization and informationalization is covering an increasingly wide range of industries。 The traditional paper and artificial way of meeting announcement has had difficulties in  meeting the requirements of daily work。 It has the following disadvantages : low efficiency, high personnel costs, cumbersome log records of meeting room allocation。 These drawbacks add burden on the long-term development of enterprises。 A convenient, efficient and multifunctional CMS(Conference Management System) is particularly important to a modern company in this background。

This paper designs and implements an automatic CMS, including two entrances for staff and administrators。 Functions for ordinary staff include viewing and downloading files, viewing meeting room usage, viewing meetings related to themselves, initiating meetings as well as leaving comments on in-house forums and so on; Functions for administrator include uploading files, releasing announcements, updating information according to hardware Status of the conference room，managing staff information, managing department information, managing posts on forums and so on。

The system is based on B/S architecture。 The frontend uses JSP+MiniUi and the backend uses Servlet。 SpringMVC and Hibernateare applied to completing some functions。 The pages use AJAX to improve user experience。 The system uses MySQL as database management system
