随着科技与经济的发展,各种会议相继召开,与会人数不断增加,传统的会议签到方式逐渐暴露出各种缺点:前期准备繁琐、邀请成本过高、签到效率低、后期统计麻烦等。针对传统会议签到方式的不足,将二维码技术应用于会议签到系统成为了必然趋势。
本课题实现了基于二维码的智能会议签到系统-前台子系统。本系统可以实现会议签到点的开启、暂停、终止;显示当前时间、会议开始时间、会议结束时间;自动识读二维码并保存签到人员信息;统计本签到点的总签到人数、个人的历史签到记录;根据不同的签到状况,显示签到成功或提醒重复签到;在网络不佳或者扫描二维码故障的情况下,可以采用手动签到的方式,并在联网后与后台管理系统进行交互。是一种高效便捷的手机签到方式。
基于二维码的手机签到方式减轻了会议工作人员的工作量,极大地提高了会议签到过程的效率和质量。改变了传统的纸质签到模式,节省了纸质邀请卡制作的成本费的同时也符合社会提倡的“低碳环保”的要求,最重要的是,便于后期进行会议签到信息的查询统计。除此之外,给与会嘉宾带来了不一样的体验方式。
