摘要近年来，随着计算机技术和图像编码技术的发展，智能移动终端的日益普及，二维码大容量、强容错、高可靠性、低成本的特点，决定了二维码技术具有良好的应用前景。本文分析和研究了传统的会议签到方式，发现传统的会议签到一般是以纸质签到的方式来实现的。它具有如下缺点：参会人员邀请卡制作成本高、利用率低，邮寄困难且时效性差；邀请卡容易忘带或丢失；当参会人数比较多的时候，手工签到效率过低，容易出现管理混乱的现象；会议结束后无法准确统计参会人员的信息。如果会议签到系统中融合二维码技术，将有效的解决上述问题，达到智能签到的效果。

手机签到系统应该具有以下功能：首先，会议组织者输入本次会议的相关信息，包括会议名称、会议主题、会议开始和结束时间、会议签到点的选择；其次，根据参会人员个人信息生成相应的QR Code 符号图片，个人信息包括姓名、职位、手机号；然后以彩信的形式将二维码发到参会者手机；签到时，扫描该二维码图片完成本签到点参会者的签到工作；最后，签到完成后管理员可以查询和统计签到情况。86784
