摘要随着网络信息的发展，网络在人们生活中的应用越来越广泛。 招聘网站为应聘者提供了方便、快捷的应聘途径。对招聘单位来说，招聘网站也为他们提供了查询应聘者信息库的条件，使招聘工作中的人员初选工作变得轻松易行。通过招聘系统，应聘者和招聘单位可以通过Internet，突破时间和空间的限制而实现工作求职和企业人才的招聘，招聘网站的出现为应聘者及招聘单位带来了极大的方便。86919

本系统采用的是Java Web开发技术。系统整体利用B/S设计模式，同时使用CSS、JavaScript、JSP技术和Struts框架设计了前端动态页面，完成在线招聘系统网站的基本功能。本系统分为个人用户、招聘单位、管理员三个模块；分别为个人用户提供注册登入、修改个人资料、查询招聘信息、投递简历，为招聘单位提供本单位的招聘信息发布、查询，为管理员提供查询、修改个人用户和招聘单位信息的基本功能。数据库部分主要采用MySQL数据库进行数据库的设计，利用Hibernate框架完成了对数据库操作的封装，极大的简化了代码量。

经过系统详细设计，招聘系统初步实现的功能已基本达到实际需求，在后期的系统维护中，将继续完善系统的其他功能。

Abstract With the development of network information, the network has become more and more widely used in people's life。 Recruitment website provides a convenient and fast way to apply for the candidates。 For the recruitment unit, the recruitment website also provides the conditions for them to query the candidate's information base, So that the recruitment of staff in primary election work has become easy。 Through it, the applicant and the recruitment unit can find a job and achieve the recruitment of the unit by regardless of the time and space constraints。

This system uses the development technologies of Java Web。 The system is designed with B/S pattern, at the same time, the front dynamic page is designed with CSS、JavaScript、JSP technologies, I have finished the basic function of online recruitment website system with them。 This system is pided into three modules: inpiduals、employers and administrator; it can make inpidual users register、login、modify personal information and query recruitment information, provide employers with scanning and modifying this unit’s recruitment information, provide the basic function about scanning and modifying the information of the inpidual users and employers for the administrator。 The part of Database is mainly designed with MySQL, it has greatly simplified the code to encapsulate database by using Hibernate framework。 

Through the system detailed design, the implementation of recruit system function has been basically achieved the actual requirements。 In the maintenance of the system lately, I will continue to perfect the system of other function。
