本系统的角色定义及权限区分明确，功能模块清晰。管理员具有最高权限可以进行任何操作，教师能够上传实验内容、审视实验报告，学生除了可以在线阅读之外还可以进行资料下载、视频观看、报告提交。计算机操作系统实验教学网站的开发将学校的实验教学翻向崭新的一页。

本系统是基于JAVA语言编写的一套实验教学信息学习管理系统。采用B/S架构，运用HTML、CSS、JS等常用技术，数据库采用MySQL存储和管理数据。
