摘要随着现在信息科技的飞速发展,企业业务处理的逐渐繁重,传统的办公系统处理业务方式已经远远不能够高效率的达到当今企业的办公需求。而办公系统经由文件型、流程型到知识型的层次发展,正随时保持与科技时代接轨,使人们越来越感觉到对办公系统的正确适当使用可以加快企业日常办公事务处理的力度。同时,由于不同的企业在办公资金,人力资源,业务处理范围等方面有着不同的需求,因此为了更好的满足企业办公处理的效率,应当选择合适的办公系统。87165
本论文是面向小型企业办公系统的设计与实现,采用轻便型的SQL Server 2008数据库完成数据库设计,另外,Myeclipse8。5作为开发平台和JSP等的前沿技术来实现小型企业办公业务的几个模块功能。在设计本办公系统的同时,也将从系统设计原则上同时考虑到该软件的安全性、可扩展性,经济可行性、法律可行性等方面。适当的改进现有企业办公系统的功能,讲不仅仅降低企业的办公成本,提高企业办公业务处理效率,还能使办公管理更趋于完善、合理。
论文组织主要分为如下几个部分:一是阐述系统的设计需求与目的,二是对系统进行需求分析,三是对系统功能进行详细的介绍与设计,四是对系统的进行实现,最后总结系统存在的不足与展望系统设计前景。

Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, enterprise's business process gradually, the traditional office system is not able to meet the demands of today's enterprise office efficiency。
However, office through documents, process to the knowledge level of development, is keeping with era of science and technology, make people more and more feel right of office system can be used to speed up the appropriate enterprise daily office transaction processing。 At the same time, different enterprises should in the enterprise scale, human resources, business processing, etc, have different requirements, in order to better satisfy the business enterprise office processing efficiency, should choose the appropriate office。
This thesis is oriented to small business office system design and implementation, using portable SQL Server 2008 database to complete the database design , using Myeclipse10。0 as a development platform and JSP technology, the realization of small business announcement management, meeting management, document management, staff management, comments management, and other functions。 In the design of the office ,it will also consider the software security, extensible , economic feasibility, legal feasibility from the system design principle。 Appropriate to improve the function of the existing enterprise office system, reduce the cost, improve efficiency, make the office management perfect and reasonable。
Paper organization mainly pided into the following several parts: one is the system design requirements and objectives, the second is on the system demand analysis, three is to detail and the design of system function, the realization of the four is the system test, the final shortage and outlook system design in the future。
