Design and implementation of the e-government network
Abstract: the popularization of computer and Internet technology, promote the development of e-government. The emergence of e-government transformation of the work of the government, improve government office efficiency, e-government platform is the base of e-government network. 电子政务网方案设计与实现 引言
互联网和计算机技术的发展和普及，改变了人们的工作和生活方式，各行各业都在使用互联网生产办公，网络经济开始发展壮大。迫切的需要建设电子政府来规范网络经济的规范和秩序，而电子政务网是构建信息社会的基础。
用现有的网络技术建设电子政府，实现电子化办公，提高政府的工作效率和管理水平，从而更科好的为公众服务，建设电子政务平台已经是各国加快网络经济发展的首要工作。
1.电子政务网的发展背景与意义
1.1课题研究的背景
某市传统的办公和管理方式已经滞后，阻碍网络经济的发展，网络利用率低下，资源得不到有效的共享；政府迫切需要改变这种现状，建设电子政府已经迫在眉睫。加之近年来经济发展快速，电子政务平台有了物质上的保证；同时国内外已经有了很多成功的案例，建设电子政务平台可以结合本地自身的网络现状，吸取国内外成功案例的经验[1,2]。
1.2课题研究的意义
建设电子政务网对于某市的网络经济发展来说，有着长远的意义；电子政务可以提高公务员的办公效率，增强政府的服务群众能力，提高政府的工作开放性和透明性。建设电子政务也是推进城市化信息进程的必要手段，越快的建设好电子政务，就越能加快城市信息化进程。电子政务建成后，充分利用电子政务的优势和作用，必将提高政府的综合竞争力。
