Abstract: In the 21st century, with the rapid development of Internet and the rapid spread of computer technology, electronic commerce arises at the historic moment, has gradually become a new business model to the business activities, applied to all aspects of life.E-commerce as the core business activities have the flexibility to market needs , has gradually become an important part to support the national economic growth.To people's lives as well as the operation and consumption has brought unprecedented new changes. The rapid development of e-commerce companies not only brought great business opportunities, also accompanied by Lack of information technology, is also facing a lot of difficulties in complex security risks. Based on the analysis of safety issues facing e-commerce development research, but also combined with the existing approach to risk management, e-commerce risk prevention measures were discussed, and I hope the healthy development of e-commerce can learn some valuable reference.
