The Effect of Outdoor Commercial Design Based on 3DS MAX
Abstract: With the development of the economy,business district become modern high-grade consumption place,commercial landscape design has its own personality. This article made a commercial residential outdoor rendering, this diagram based on CAD software design the structure of commercial housing and the terrain, max software modeling, material light and put the sketch of production,and out the scene rendering and Vray renderer, the final PS do renderings of post-processing. In this paper, the commercial housing of rendering is to enable people to better overview of the intuitive understanding of the commercial housing and advantages. Commercial housing for the settlement of people provides the convenience of life, to make the mall run orderly and full of energy,and make people's lives better.

基于3DS MAX的室外商业效果设计引言
3ds max是非常优秀的三文软件，是Discreet公司开发的，它应用的领域非常广泛，例如建筑设计、游戏、影视、广告、工业设计、多媒体制作、辅助教学和工程可视化等，所以说3DS MAX是当今最流行的三文软件。3ds max的功能和灵活性很强大，可以实现室内的建筑表现效果图和室外的建筑表现效果图。正因为此，越来越多的人开始学习3ds max软件。
1.课题背景
商业住宅正处于起步阶段，伴随着房地产的发展，特别是商业房地产正在逐渐的成熟，商业住宅也得到了非常大的进步，从我国的发展趋势来看，商业住宅将会在我国很普遍，目前已经有很多的城市认识到商业住宅发展的重要性，全部都加大力度推进城市住宅的建设，把城市商业住宅发展作为了很重要的部分。从各个城市的商业住宅发展的规划来看，在未来的商业住宅将具有以下几个特点：第一，城市住宅零售商业的业态多样化；第二，城市商业住宅布局合理化；第三，城市商业住宅定位多元化。

Auto-CAD即CAD-Computer Aided Design是计算机辅助设计，简称cad。此软件的主要功能是在计算机中进行三文实体造型和辅助图形设计。
3DS MAX原名：3D Studio Max，三文的计算机图形软件应用非常广泛，一般可以用于室外建筑效果图、室内装潢设计效果图、电影、游戏、园林等模拟真实的效果。
Vray渲染器是一款高质量的渲染软件，由曼恒公司负责在中国推广。所以Vray渲染器被用来渲染高质量的图片和动画。
