Development of volunteer management information system based on Java Web
Abstract: With the development of Internet and computer technology, the application of management information system has become more and more widespread. In order to solve the existing problems in the management of the volunteer activities of major colleges in Nanjing, we decided to develop the corresponding volunteer management information system to solve the management problems. This article begins with the background and significance of the development, and then introduces the basic knowledge of Java Web development. It introduces the process of developing the system, the design idea and content of the MVC, and the principle of the user and the principle of developing the management information system. The program was optimized to enhance the user experience and security. Finally, I elaborated on the innovation and the prospect of this program.

基于Java Web的志愿者管理信息系统开发引言
随着网络技术的发展与计算机应用的普及，管理工作从一开始的纸质记录与人力统计，逐步转化为了计算机的记录与处理分析，管理信息系统由此诞生。管理信息系统利用互联网与相关的程序，实现了有效的人力管理与数据统计，为各大企业，学校的管理工作提供了巨大的便利，也创造了巨大的应用价值。
管理信息系统的核心是用户。用户拥有不同的角色，不同的角色便代表着不同的需求。管理信息系统就是围绕用户不同的需求，设计相应的程序与功能模块，同时利用美学的原理进行页面设计，以为用户创造更好的使用体验。
纵观当今世界上各大企业与校园所使用的管理信息系统，使用最广泛的是基于Java Web的管理信息系统。Java语言因其不受计算机硬件和操作系统的约束的跨平台性，以及编写程序代码量少简单易用的面向对象，语言编译与运行可执行代码的安全性，内置多线程这四个特性，成为了世界上运用最广泛的语言[1]。基于Java Web的管理信息系统也因此具有良好的安全性与稳定性，成为了开发管理信息系统的最佳选择。

1.1课题研究的背景及意义
习总在2014年青奥会之际，给青奥会志愿者回信勉励大学生青年志愿者用青春激情打造最美“中国名片”。并表示当代大学生应当积极参与志愿活动，弘扬中华传统美德。从青奥会志愿者，到我校团委青年志愿者管理协会部长，副主席，我的大学生活便与志愿结合在了一起。在三年的志愿者管理与志愿者活动策划的过程中，以及与南京各大高校志愿者管理工作者的交流合作中，我们发现南京的大学生志愿管理中存在很多的问题。
