Design and Implementation of Human Resources Management System Based on SSH Framework
Abstract：With the development of economy and social progress, human as a resource, in the enterprise operation and management has been rising strategic position, corresponding to human resource management has become the top priority of enterprise management. In order to better manage the human resources of enterprises, greatly improve the talent in the enterprise experience and management play a role in the enterprise's human resources to be more comprehensive and more full play. There must be a powerful, easy to operate and maintain the human resources management system. This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of human resource management system, analyzes the shortcomings of traditional human resource management system, introduces SSH (Spring + Struts + Hibernate) framework, and introduces the human resource management system based on SSH framework, Showing its architecture, as well as the detailed design and functionality of the system.
