摘要每个教师不仅仅要有自己独特的教学模式、教学思想,作为一名优秀的教师更要有自己的科研立项和优秀的论著。传统的教师个人网站只是简单的介绍教师的教学内容,忽视掉了教师个人的成就,更是缺少老师与学生之间的学术交流,这也体现了目前教师个人网站的不全面性,无新颖支出,交互性不强的缺点,随之而来的是挫伤了学生自主学习的积极性。42712
另外,对于大学生而言,他们更加关注的是教师个人的科研立项和优秀的论著,这样才能根据自己感兴趣的研究方向来为自己选择合适的导师。这也要求我们要做一个崭新的教师个人网站,主要体现在科研论著、交互性强、功能全面。
本系统采用J2EE技术,采用先进的MVC设计思想,后台数据库选择了开源的MySql。通过本网站,学生可以下载教学内容,了解到教师个人的论著和项目,在论坛中交流答疑。

Design and Implementation of Teachers' Personal Websites
Abstract
Each teacher not only has their own unique teaching mode, teaching thinking as a good teacher but als o has their own research project and excellent treatise. Traditional teacher personal website simply introduce teachers teaching content, teachers overlooked personal achievement, is the lack of academic exchange between teachers and students, which also reflects the current teachers are not comprehensive personal website, no new spending interaction is not strong disadvantage, followed by independent learning dampened enthusiasm.
In addition, for purposes of college students, they are more concerned about the teachers' personal research project and excellent treatise, in order to select the appropriate mentor for themselves according to their research interests. This also requires us to do a new teachers' personal sites, mainly in research monographs, interactive, full-featured.
The system uses J2EE technology, the use of advanced MVC design, back-end database to select the source of MySql. Through this website, students can download course content, teachers understand inpidual works and projects, exchanges in the forums answering.
