Residential Property Management System Based on ASP.NET
Abstract: With the advances in science and the improvement of people’s living standards, the management system of residential property has become a necessary part of modern residential area management work. The system is mainly designed and developed by using B/S mode, ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2005 database technology. The text has mainly talked about the development process of residential property management system such as demand analysis, pision of function module, database’s design, system’s detailed design, system testing and so on. What’s more, the database’s design and system’s detailed design have been introduced intensively. In a word, the residential property management system has succinct interface and simple operation, so it will be able to basically meet the demand for residential property management.

1.1背景及意义
随着计算机水平的提高，一些发达国家已经开始利用计算机技术辅助物业管理,基于网络的物业管理软件已经逐渐发展成为现代化的网络物业管理信息系统[1]。而物业管理在我国仅有30年左右的发展历史，物业管理企业的起点低，物业管理理念落后，规模效益差也成为我国现阶段物业管理发展的一个较为突出的问题[2]。目前，我国房地产行业发展较为迅速，但是物业管理水平却相对滞后[3]。小区规模的不断扩大，使小区管理工作变得日益复杂，小区中投诉、设备报修、停车情况等越来越多，而人们对小区的服务和管理要求也越来越高，这就要求小区物业管理者重视细致周到的服务。建立一个满足各级部门信息处理要求的行之有效的信息系统无疑是最好的办法。本文介绍的基于ASP.NET的小区物业管理系统将计算机网络技术与现代管理理念相结合，使物业管理实现智能化，操作简单而且效率很高。
