摘要材料定额管理系统是CAPP系统中一个重要的子系统，为企业提供生产所需要的信息，是生产准备的依据。随着计算机技术的高速发展，信息技术广泛应用于企业的管理，解决以前材料定额编制过程中效率低、工作量大、重复性强、错误率高等问题成为企业的首要任务，加快对市场的快速反应，严格控制原材料的消耗，降低生产成本是企业提高竞争力的有效途径。50730

本文开发的材料定额管理系统是基于B/S模式，在Windows操作平台下，以SQL Server 2000为后台数据库开发的。系统采用模块化结构设计，实现了五大功能模块：用户管理模块、工艺管理模块、材料制定模块、信息管理模块、统计分析模块。从而实现了企业对原材料的计算机化管理，使信息汇总自动化，节省了大量的人力物力，降低了劳动强度，提高了生产效率，企业的管理水平达到一个新的高度。

基于B/S架构下的材料管理系统，提高了系统的运行速度，减小系统更新维护的工作量，系统将工艺管理与定额计算进行了集成，缩短了定额编制的时间，提高定额计算的准确性。在日益激烈的市场竞争下，材料定额管理系统将会发挥重要的作用。

Abstract Material ration management system is an important subsystem in CAPP system, providing the information required for the production, and the basis for production preparation.With the rapid development of computer technology, information technology is widely used in enterprise management, solve previously fixed material preparation process low efficiency, big workload, strong repeatability, high error rate become the primary task of enterprise, accelerate the market's rapid response and strict control the raw material consumption, reduce production costs is the effective way to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise .

The development of material ration management system in this paper is based on B/S mode, in the Windows operating platform, and SQL Server 2000 as the backstage database. The system adopts modular structure design, achieve five functional modules: user management module, process management modules, materials developed module, information management module, statistical analysis module. Enabling enterprises to computerized management of raw materials, and make information summary automatic, save a lot of manpower and resources, reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency, enterprise management level reached a new height.

Based on B/S structure of the material management system, increase the system running speed , reduce workload of system maintenance, The system make process management integrate quota calculation, shortened the time of quota formulation, improve the accuracy of quota calculation. In the increasingly fierce market competition, the material ration management system will play an important role.
