摘要CAPP系统是连接CAD和CAM的桥梁,在计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)中占据着重要作用,是企业信息集成的中间纽带。然而,信息化高度发展的今天,CAPP软件的发展一直不高,使用也并不广泛,相比于CAD、CAM的发展也是远远落后,许多企业甚至要自行开发CAPP软件以满足自身企业的需要,这严重制约了企业信息化的实施。为了实现CAPP系统的普及应用,解决传统工艺中人力资源浪费、生产周期长、制作成本高等缺点,本课题着力于CAPP工序图生成平台开发,开发出操作简便、界面友好、通用性高且工作效率高的CAPP系统。50749

本课题以此为背景,以UG为平台,利用UG二次开发、VC++、Access数据库等技术,以人机交互的方法实现了零件特征信息的提取,主要内容如下:

(1)利用数据库、UG二次开发、软件编程知识,确定CAPP工序图生成的总体方案,完成零件特征信息提取的方案设计,并简单介绍系统开发的主要步骤。

(2)根据界面友好、操作简便的要求,采用基于MFC开发的UG用户交互界面,拥有特征信息提取、入库、修改、删除等功能,基本实现零件特征信息的提取和补充 。

(3)利用开发的系统,生成阶梯轴参数化工序图以作展示。

Abstract

CAPP system is a bridge connecting CAD and CAM, computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS) occupies an important role in enterprise information integration intermediate link. However, compared to today's highly developed information technology, CAPP software development has been low and it is not widely used .Compared to the CAD, CAM development is also far behind, many companies even developed CAPP software to meet the needs of their own businesses , which severely restricted the implementation of enterprise information. In order to achieve universal application, to solve the traditional process waste of human resources, long production cycle, production cost disadvantage, the subject focused on the CAPP process diagram generation platform development, the development of simple, user-friendly, high versatility and efficiency high CAPP system.

 IN this background , this topic use the UG as a platform, the use of UG secondary development, VC + +, Access databases and other technologies to achieve human-computer interaction approach part feature information extraction, the main contents are as follows:

 (1) Use of the database, UG secondary development, software programming knowledge, identified CAPP process diagram generated overall program, the completion of part feature information extraction program design, and briefly describes the main steps of system development.

(2) According friendly interface, easy operation requirements, the use of UG MFC-based user interface development, with feature information extraction, storage, modify, delete and other functions, the basic realization of part feature information extraction and additions.

(3) The use of the development system to generate a process chart of the spline shaft.
