Java社区综合服务系统设计实现
就必须全方位地提高社区物业管理理念。要有高标准、高质量的社区服务才能满足社会发展和人民需求。面对信息时代的挑战，利用高科技手段提高社区物业管理无疑是一条行之有效的途径。根据需求分析，实现社区居民信息管理业务，效益已越来越明显。因此，开发这样一套社区居民信息管理系统软件是很有必要的。7673
本次设计采用当前主流的B/S（浏览器/服务器）设计模式，使用Java语言编写代码，针对物业公司和社区服务机构，实现了各个模块的添加、删除、修改和查询功能，使数据信息化，保存安全，不容易造成数据丢失，同时使得工作人员操作更加效率，管理更加方便和统一，从而全面提高了对社区居民的管理水平和服务质量。数据库使用MySQL保存数据，该数据库操作方便。本系统界面简单、大方、整洁、实用、操作简便，完全适合各个普通小区日常事务管理，是一款比较便利的软件。

Design and Implement of Community Service System
Abstract: With today’s social development and the gradual increase in the level of information technology, the computer industry grow rapidly, that provide convenience, and improve the efficiency and quality of work greatly. As one of the signs of the level of the development of science and technology, people are inceasingly concerned about information technology research and construction of the community services and property management. It has become the objective of the study of experts how to discard original artificial records and increase the efficiency and accuracy of the information management. If want to improve the community property management level, we must improve all-round community property management philosophy. We must have high standards and quality of community services to meet the social development and people's needs. Face the challenges of the information age, the use of high-tech means to improve community property management is undoubtedly an effective way. According to the demand analysis, the benefit of realizing the business of community information management is getting more and more positive. Therefore, it is of high necessity to open up such kind of Community Service System.
The design uses the current design patterns in the mainsteam of B/S(Browser/Server), and uses Java language to write code. Contrary to property management and community service agencies, it implements each module to add, delete, modify, and query functions, of the data, security saving, hardness of the data losing. It alse makes staff operate more efficiency and manage more convenient and unified, thus improving overall management level and quality of service to community residents. Save the data using MySQL database, the database is easy to operate. The system interface is simple, generous, clean, practical, easy to operate. It is fully suitable for day-for-day management of the ordinary cell and it is a convenient software.
