The Personnel Management System Design and Implementation
Abstract：With the increasing scale of enterprise personnel data increasingly complex and the development of information technology, the reform of the enterprise personnel management method is imminent, the purpose of the development of this system is to solve this problem, this system USES the Visual Basic language, and data storage using Microsoft Access database, the technology that the adoption of the personnel system has the functions of personnel management process, such as personnel administrator management, employee information management, the functions of information management, salary management staff leave.Through this system can greatly increase the safety of the personnel information, let work together to become possibility between the personnel administrator, greatly reducing the work intensity of the personnel administrator, them from repeated input, modify, etc, to improve their work efficiency and the competitiveness of the enterprises.

人事管理系统设计与实现引言
随着计算机技术的飞快发展和信息化的快速推进，电脑在企业人事管理系统中的应用和推广，企业规模的扩大和人员信息的快速增大，利用计算机和人事管理系统应用来进行人事管理已经势在必行，以往的人事管理员往往都是手工录入员工的各个方面信息，如员工个人基本信息、考勤信息，工资信息等，并以纸质材料存放，这样不仅让人事管理员每日处在繁重的录入文护工作中也造成了大量纸张的浪费不利于保护生态环境，因此编写一款具有常用的人事管理功能的软件就显得更加迫在眉睫了，只有这样才能将人事管理人员从繁杂的工作中解脱出来，提高工作效率，给企业带来更好的效益。
