摘要在信息科技日新月异的今天，我们生活的方方面面都被烙上了信息化的标记，很多行业也都将计算机技术作为自身发展的一个跳板和契机。本文就将围绕物业行业的信息化进行讨论。随着城市化的进行与发展，小区已经成为我国居民的一大主流居住环境，涵盖了一整套居住所需的条件与设备设施。随着人们对生活品质要求的提高，物业应运而生。而如今，信息化已悄然变成了现代物业管理的大趋势，良好的物业服务也已成为房地产企业提升竞争力的一大举措。传统的物业管理效率低、繁杂、易出错的特点使得物业公司开始寻求新的方式来辅助自己的工作。智能化的小区物业管理系统无疑是一个强有力的助手，它能够有效的减少人力工作，降低出错几率，提升工作效率。本文将采用Java语言，结合数据库就小区物业管理系统进行分析、设计，实现一个符合实际使用需要的软件。72009

本系统具备以下几个基本功能：信息管理、缴费管理功能、投诉建议管理功能以及在线报修等。目标是在实现这些功能的基础上，还能实现美观的页面，获得较好的用户体验。

Abstract In information technology with each passing day, every aspect of our lives has been branded with the mark of information, many industries are also think that computer technology as a springboard and opportunity for their own development。 In this paper, we will discuss the information and intelligence of the property industry。 With the deepening of the urbanization process, the district has become a major residential environment in our country, covering a whole set of living conditions and equipment and facilities。 The reason for the property is that people need a higher quality of life。 Nowadays, informatization has become a major trend of modern property management, a good property services has become a real estate business to enhance the competitiveness of a major move。 Traditional property management efficiency is low, complex and easy to make mistakes, for these reasons, the property company began to seek new ways to assist their work。 Obviously, intelligent residential property management system is a powerful assistant, It can effectively reduce the human work, reduce the chance of error, improve the efficiency of work。 This article describes the use of Java language to write a program which meet the use of property companies and households。

This system has several basic functions, such as payment management, complaint management, online repair etc。。 The goal is not only to achieve these functions, but also to achieve a beautiful page。
