摘要现在，伴随着干部信息管理工作难度增加，政府部门的有关单位对干部信息管理工作的需求也在提升，难易度随着加深。随着各地政府部门对相关人才的需求，政府部门对干部信息的管理更加的关注。然而，以前社会上的管理工作，都是仅仅靠人工对干部信息进行管理，这样的方式在当下社会已经显得非常落后，与时代的步伐不一致。为了让社会上政府部门对干部信息管理更加高效，就要依靠计算机的相关功能，利用当下社会上已有的科学技术，对干部的信息进行科学有效的管理。因此开发基于JSP的干部管理系统是很有必要的，本系统主要作用是为了提高对干部信息的管理水准。76925

本系统是对干部信息管理系统的开发，本系统的开发有两个方面，一是后台数据库的建立，二是开发和维护前端应用程序。系统包含的主要功能为增加，删除，修改以及查询等，从而对干部的各种信息进行管理。本系统前台系统开发采用JSP作为开发工具，后台采用SQL Server 2012 作为数据库管理系统。

Design and Implementation of The cadre information Management System

Abstract Now, with the difficulty of the work of cadre information management increase, relevant units of government departments demand for cadres information management has improved, with the deeper difficulty。 With the local government departments demand for talents, the government departments of the cadre information management more attention。 However, previous social management work, are relying solely on the management of cadres information, such a way in the current society has become very backward, with the pace of the times is not consistent。 In order to make the social government departments more efficient management of cadres, we must rely on the relevant functions of the computer, the use of the existing science and technology in the community, the information of the cadres to carry out scientific and effective management。 So it is very necessary to develop a cadre management system based on JSP。 The main function of this system is to improve the management level of the cadres' information。

This system is the cadre information management system, the development of the system has two aspects, one is the establishment of the background database, and is the development and maintenance of front-end applications。 The main function of the system is to add, delete, modify, and query, so as to manage all kinds of information of the cadres。 In this system, the foreground system development using JSP as a development tool, using SQL Server 2012 as the backstage database management system。
