目前, 关于智慧校园的建设受到多方关注,智慧校园建设已经进入了实际建设的阶段。 构建以视频监控为核心,集校园安全、教学、管理和服务为体的智慧校园智能监控系统是智 慧校园建设的重中之重。它不仅可以为学校老师、学生甚至学校对外宣传方面提供很便利 的服务,还能够为校园的安全防范、日常管理、突发事件应急处理、领导决策、部门应用 提供强有力的技术支撑。视频监控系统不仅可以对校园生活的日常监控,还可以扩展应用 到大学的室内场景,例如对于大学实验室的监控。
本文通过对现有视频监控技术的分析,结合智慧校园监控系统的需求,研究基于树莓 派的智慧校园视频监控系统。并特别针对实验室监控需求,设计实现对实验室某些安全区 域进行实时视频监控和无人智能监控的研究系统。该系统利用体积小巧,功能强大的树莓 派做处理器,连接 USB 摄像头和 PC 端,进行实时视频监控。它可以通过 PC 端的浏览器或 者媒体播放器进行实时视频监控,并且利用实时的邮箱发送机制实现无人视频监控。从而 能够对实验室等某些安全区域进行有效的监控。

Abstract With the development of the Information Age, the concept of "Smart Campus" has been proposed and developed。The Smart Campus is generally considered as a high-end digital campus form and it is the more ideal pursuit of the Digital Campus’s development。 Under the background of the country's social informationization and the informationizat ion of higher education in the world, how to realize the development of education informationization is becoming a more feasible direction and goal。 The Smart Campus has a very significant meaning in the school to promote the theme of education information engineering 。It is one of the important part of the education information technology in today's society。
At present, the construction of the Smart Campus has entered a stage of construction and is concerned by many people。 Construction of video surveillance as the core, setting with the campus security, teaching, management to service for the wisdom of the campus intelligent monitoring system is the focus of the smart campus construction。It not only can provide a very convenient service for school teachers, students and the staff of school,but also can provide strong technical support for the campus security, daily management, emergency handling, leadership decision- making, sector applications。 It not only can monitor the daily life of the campus, but also can be extended to the University's indoor scene, such as the monitoring of the University laboratory。
Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the present video monitoring system and the reality of the University, this system realizes the research of real-time video surveillance and monitoring of some security areas in the laboratory。 The small size, powerful raspberry pi is used as the processor and connected with the USB camera and PC to do video monitoring。 The real-time video monitoring can be carried out through the PC browser or the media player, and the real- time mailbox sending mechanism is used to realize the unmanned video surveillance。 This will be able to effectively monitor the safety of some areas of the laboratory。
