摘要：信息技术的发展对各行业带来高效率和低成本是显而易见的，越来越多的企业通过员工管理系统实现对员工各方面高效率的管理。本设计在Visual Studio开发环境下，采用c#编程语言和SQL SERVER数据库管理系统开发实现了一个具有部门管理、员工管理、员工考勤管理、员工工资管理及报表统计功能的员工工资管理系统。本文首先阐述了系统开发的背景和意义以及主要的研究内容，然后对系统开发所用到的技术工具进行了描述，再对系统进行了详细的需求分析，对系统的功能结构、主要的功能模块以及数据库的设计进行了详细的论述。最后对系统的实现方式、主要代码和功能截图进行了书写，同时测试整个系统能满足最初的设计要求。80123

Abstract: The development of information technology brings high efficiency and low cost to each industry。 It is obvious that more and more enterprises have realized the high efficiency management of employees through the staff management system。 The design in the Visual Studio development environment, the use of C# programming language and SQL SERVER database management system development achieve a employee salary management system with departmental management, staff management, attendance management, wages management and statistics functions。 At first, the paper described the background and significance of system development and the main research contents。 Then tools technology used in the system development are described。 Next, the system of detailed demand analysis, the system function structure, main function modules and database design are discussed in detail。 Finally, the implementation of the system, the main code and function screenshots were written, while testing the entire system to meet the initial design requirements。
