摘要公司车辆管理需要对大量的数据信息进行复杂重复的人工操作，耗费人力和时 间，还容易出现错误。车辆分散于各个部门，不能统一的管理和安排。在这种情况下， 就需要以现代计算机技术为工具，设计和开发一个车辆管理平台，为企事业单位提供 更加高效快捷、简单省力的公司车辆管理方法。系统应该能做到公司车辆信息的统一 管理，合理安排车辆，为公司提供方便。

本系统以 Apache、php、MySQL 搭建开发环境，Apache 为网站服务器，php 为 代码解释器，MySQL 提供数据库服务。以 PHP 为主要语言，在其中嵌入 HTML， CSS 构造系统框架。以 B/S 结构作为网站设计模式，在浏览器中运行系统，与服务器 进行信息通讯和数据交互，形成网站主体架构，设计并实现车辆管理。80851

本系统可以做到车辆信息管理，司机信息管理，事故信息管理，维修信息管理， 费用报销管理，系统管理员管理，车辆预订和安排七大功能。经过设计、开发和调试， 初步实现系统要求。

Abstract Company vehicle management requires complex repetitive manual operations on large amounts of data information, expended many manpower and time, but also very easy to get wrong。 Vehicles disperse in various departments, can’t be unified management and organization。 In this situation, we need a modern computer technology as a tool to design and develop a vehicle management platform, Platform provides more effective and efficient, simple and labor-saving method of company vehicle management for company。 The system should be able to achieve unified management of company vehicle information and reasonable arrangements for vehicles, provides convenience for company。

The system sets up development environment with Apache, php, MySQL, Apache is web server, php is code interpreter, MySQL provides database services。 The system framework uses PHP as the main language and embeds HTML, CSS。 The system uses B / S structure as website design schema, the system is running in the browser, communicates and swaps data with web server。 All above technologies form the main structure of the website, design and implement vehicle management functions。

The system can achieve vehicle information management, driver information management, accident information management, maintenance information management, cost reimbursement management, system administrator management, vehicle booking and arrangement and so on。 The system has been designed, developed and debugged, and the system has been realized requirements。
