摘要随着近几年微信的飞速发展，微信公众平台作为微信的主要业务之一迎来了发展的 机遇，越来越多的应用开发面向微信。微信公众平台在营销、服务、运营和产品推广领 域获得广泛运用。

本系统将结合微信应用开发用户端服务并运用 Java EE SSH2 架构搭建后台管理系 统，目的在于建立交警业务查询和事务提交的便捷化平台。用户通过手机端微信应用来 发送提交信息，管理员则在后台对数据表和用户信息进行增删改查的操作。本系统将使 用 MySQL 数据库，且应用和数据库将部署在新浪 SAE。本系统的用户端功能模块主要 有事务快处、业务查询和咨询互动。事务快处模块主要有对交通事故信息的提交，业务 查询模块主要有驾驶证信息查询业务、机动车查询业务和交通违章查询业务，咨询互动 模块主要有交管咨询、周边搜索和联系功能。81605

本系统致力于打造业务快捷、以人为本、功能丰富的现代化手机端交警微信服务平 台。

Abstract With the rapid development in recent years, WeChat public platform as one of the main WeChat business development opportunities ushered in, more and more WeChat-oriented application development letter。 WeChat public platform in the field including marketing, service, operations and product promotion get widely used。
