摘要GPS全球卫星定位系统是21世纪以来最具有代表性的高新科技,GPS已被广泛用于移动物体(如汽车)的追踪当中,使用GPS和数字地图可实时显示车辆的实际位置,在监控中心可以很容易地看到车辆当前所处的区域以及行车轨迹。Android是一个开源的基于Linux的操作系统并且被广泛应用于移动设备之中。本文所研究的基于网络地图的移动目标位置监管程序正是使用了Android系统手机作为平台,搭载最新的电子地图并可在地图上显示跟踪的汽车的位置信息和移动轨迹。通过对整个车辆监管系统的各个主要功能模块详细的研究和实现,该系统可以稳定高效地运行并保证实时准确地在电子地图上定位及显示车辆的移动轨迹。81871
