摘要20 世纪以来，互联网行业飞速发展，这给人们的工作和生活带来了很多的便利 之处。通过互联网，信息化和电子化成为现在社会和企业的标准发展模式。随着社 会发展，企业规模也在不断扩大，以往企业使用的人工管理企业员工信息的模式已 经很难适应企业的发展。使用计算机技术，实现信息化管理，可以极大的减少企业 的人力资源和运行成本。因此结合部分企业需求以及背景分析，设计了此企业员工 管理系统，以帮助企业实现信息管理效率上的提高，节约企业的运行成本。82330

根据分析得到的需求，企业员工管理系统项目采用模块化设计，使用 Java 设计 语言以及 Java Web 设计模式完成一个交互的、动态的 Web 服务器管理系统，实现 员工个人信息查询、部门管理及用户权限和密码修改等功能。

本系统具有以下特点：用户界面友好，提供大量链接实现用户操作的简便性， 系统模块化设计方便今后完善系统的功能，系统权限的设置有效保护员工信息的安 全。这一系列特点有效提高了企业员工信息管理的效率和水平。
