摘要在信息时代飞速发展的今天，传统的教学模式已不能满足学生对知识的需求。在 线学习平台作为课堂教学的重要补充，主要用于实现学生可以随时随地进行课堂知识 学习的功能。而怎样利用一项新的技术构建在线学习系统，增强教育资源的管理，从 而提升学生的学习效率成为一个我们亟待解决的问题。本课题在对各个相关理论进行 分析的基础上，采用了目前应用比较普遍的 B/S 架构，在 JSP 技术和 MySQL 数据库 管理技术的基础上进行设计和实现，能够很好地帮助教师解决教学管理的许多难题。 在设计与开发过程中，我们采用 JSP 结合 CSS 以及 JavaScript 设计语言，利用 MyEclipse，以 MySql Server 为数据库，Tomcat 为 web 服务器进行开发，网站为 B/S 架构，开发过程中遵循三层架构模式，降低了系统的复杂性，提高了系统的可扩展性。 最后，我们通过 CSS 结合 HTML 的精心设计，在实现基本功能的同时，尽力达到简约 时尚、页面布局合理舒适，色彩清新的界面设计，在体现网站基本功能的同时，提高 网站的观赏性，让人耳目一新。本次网站的设计与实现过程基于对《电力电子技术》 教学课程的深入调研。因此，本网站系统涵盖了传统教学的各个方面。在符合需求的 同时，我们实现了合理布局以及便捷式的操作。能够增强学校资源的利用率，提升学 生的时间利用率。最终，达到了研究目的并实现系统的设计意义。83941

Abstract With the rapid development of the information age, the traditional teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of the students。 Online learning platform, as an important supplement to the classroom teaching, is mainly used to realize the function of that the students can learn knowledge at any time and place。 And how to use a new technology to build an online learning system, strengthen the management of educational resources, so as to improve the learning efficiency of students to become a problem  we need  to  solve。 This paper basicly analyzes the relevant thesis。 Besides, it is designed and carried out base d on the JSP and MySQL database management technology with the help of the widely-us ed B/S framework。 Therefore, it can help teachers solve many problems in the educational administration。In this design of the website,we use JSP,and combined with CSS,JavaScript,and develop by Myeclipse。And we use MySql Server as the database abd Tomcat as a web Server for this development follows the three-tier architecture model,so we have low system complexity,and we can improve the scalability of the system。Last but not least, We use CSS and HTML with elaborate design, so we not only realize the basic functions, but also realize the functions of letting our interface design has reasonable and comfortable page layout,pure and fresh colors,and contracted fashion。 The design and implementation of this website is based on the in-depth study of the teaching of "power electronics technology"。 Therefore, the website system covers all aspects of the traditional teaching。 In line with the needs of the same time, we achieve a reasonable layout and convenient operation。
