摘要本文为某高海况海洋平台救生艇的三维设计,目前自由抛落式救生艇作为海洋平 台和海洋船舶等海洋设施的一种紧急救生设备已在海洋事业的发展中得到了广泛的 应用。近些年由于科技突飞猛进的发展,有越来越多的研究人员对自由抛落式救生艇 的抛落过程提出了更多的安全性和可靠性的分析,国内外的研究对救生艇的设计已经 取得了较为完善的成果。三维救生艇的设计一般需要根据纸质的工程图纸或者二维图 来建立救生艇模型,并完成模拟仿真实验。本课题是根据某海洋平台救生艇纸质工程 图纸及给定相关参数、标准及要求,以 UG 为基础,探索学习救生艇的三维建模方法, 并得到该自抛式救生艇的三维模型。再通过对相关文献的研究进一步的深入了解救生 艇的设计,比如座椅的设计,如何合理设计更加符合人体工程学、仿生学,降低人体 所受到的冲击力伤害,确保救生艇内的人员安全及心理健康。救生艇的外观造型设计 如何能够设计合理的流线型使其更易入水,降低艇的外形结构受到的冲击力同时也减 少应力集中使救生艇的结构更加安全可靠。84564

Abstract This paper is a three-dimension design of one free-fall lifeboat on offshore platform in sever sea state。 As an emergency rescue equipment on offshore platform and marine ships, the  free-fall  lifeboat has been widely  used in  progress of marine  affairs。 With the    rapid

development  of  science  and technology , there have  been more and  more  researchers

coming up with many more analyses of safety and reliability of launching progress of free-fall lifeboats。 There have been relatively perfect achievements on design of free-fall lifeboats in researches at home and abroad。 Engineering drawings or two-dimensional drawings are needed for building the lifeboat model and the model can be used for simulation experiments。 This paper is written to build a three-dimension model of one lifeboat with UG after learning the method of building three-dimension models of lifeboats, according to the parameters, standards and requirements of the paper engineering  drawing of one lifeboat on offshore platform。 After consulting references, further research of design of lifeboats has been taken, such as how to design seats, to make the model conform to ergonomics and bionics better, to reduce the impact force inflicted on human bodies and to ensure the safety of personnel in the boat physically and mentally。 Besides, according to lifeboat appearance model design, it is known that how to design reasonable streamline  to to make the lifeboat launch into the water more easily, to reduce the impact force on the boat body and to reduce the stress concentration of the structure of the boat at the same time in order to make the boat more safe and reliable。 It can make the lifeboat more safe and reliable by using new methods and ideas on design。
