摘要 目前,船舶主机燃料燃烧产生的能量中只有 50%左右转化为有效功,剩余的 50%则以其他形式被消耗掉,能源浪费非常严重。本文将吸附式制冷技术应用到船舶主机余热利用领域,通过设计出的吸附式制冷系统对废气余热进行回收利用,从而提高能 源利用率。本文开展的具体工作如下: 84863
首先,本文选用了某远洋轮的 MAN-B&W 6S70MC-C 主机作为研究对象,通过 对其热平衡性及排气余热的计算分析,获得各部分热量所占比例,发现其中只有近52%的燃料燃烧能量转化为了有效功。
其次,结合远洋轮图纸,计算出该船 BOAT DECK 的热负荷及风量,并与之前船舶主机的排气余热量进行比较,发现废气余热完全可以用来进行船舶空调制冷。 最后,通过对吸收式制冷和吸附式制冷优缺点的比较后,选择了吸附式的制冷方式。紧接着,又从常用吸附工质对性能的比较分析中,发现活性炭-氨更适合作为本系 统的工质对。在此基础上,从吸附床,蒸发器,冷凝器和贮液器 4 个方面进行了系统设计。

Abstract At present, only about 50% of the energy generated by the combustion of the main engine fuel produced is converted to effective work, and the remaining 50% is consumed in other forms, and the energy is wasted。 In this paper, adsorption refrigeration technology is applied in the field of marine engine waste heat recovery, and the adsorption refrigeration system is designed to recover the waste heat of exhaust gas, so as to improve the efficiency of energy utilization。 The specific work carried out in this article is as follows:
First of all, this article selected the MAN-B & W 6S70MC-C host on an ocean-going vessel as the object of study, by calculating and analyzing the heat balance and the waste heat of exhaust gas, the proportion of each part of the heat is obtained, and only about 52% of the fuel combustion energy is found to be converted to the effective work。
In the second part, combining ocean wheel drawings, the heat load and air volume of the BOAT DECK are calculated, and comparing with the exhaust residual heat from the main engine, it is found that the waste heat of the exhaust gas can be used to carry out the air conditioning and refrigeration of the ship。
Finally, after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of absorption refrigeration and adsorption refrigeration, the adsorption refrigeration mode is selected。 In the next, from the comparative analysis of the performance of the commonly used adsorption working pairs, it is found that the activated carbon ammonia is more suitable for the working pair of the system。 On this basis, the system design is carried out from 4 aspects of the adsorption bed, evaporator, condenser and liquid storage device。
