摘要3D 打印是最近两年开始流行的一种快速成形技术,它以数字模型文件为基础,通 过逐层打印的方式来构造物体。我们日常生活中的打印机能打印一些平面纸张材料,而 3D 打印机打印出的是立体塑品产品,在建筑、生物医疗、服装、艺术制造等领域都取 得了广泛的应用。84869
在本次设计中我主要做了如下工作:
(1)设计了 3D 打印机的整机结构,计算了 3D 打印机各结构的尺寸,确定并联机 构的方案,完成了对连杆强度的校核;
(2)对打印耗材和喷头系统、电机、传感器进行了选型,完成了对挤出系统、传动 装置、并联关节的设计;
(3)对主板进行了原理图和 PCB 板的绘制,验证了动力元件的功率和输出扭矩, 对热床和电源进行了选择;
(4)对 3D 打印机的固件进行了配置和编译,对切片软件生成的 Gcode 代码进行了 分析,最后对打印机进行调试,以提高打印精度和打印效率。

Abstract 3D printing in recent years began popular a kind of rapid prototyping technology, it on the digital model file as the basis, through the layer by layer printing to construct the object。 In our daily life of the printer can print the number of the plane of the paper materials, and 3D printer to print out is three-dimensional plastic product, has a wide range of applications in the construction, Bio Medical, clothing, art manufacturing field。
In this design, I mainly do the following work:
(1)The structure of the 3D printer is designed, the size of each structure of the 3D printer is calculated, and the scheme of the parallel mechanism is determined, and the strength of the connecting rod is checked;
(2)The selection of printing consumables and sprinkler systems, motors, sensors, complete the design of the extrusion system, transmission device, parallel joints;
(3)The principle diagram of the main board and the PCB board are drawn, the power and the output torque of the power element are verified, and the hot bed and the power supply are selected;
(4)The firmware of the 3D printer is configured and compiled,the Gcode code generated by the chip is analyzed。 Finally, the printer is debugged in order to improve the printing precision and efficiency。
