摘要自动下料机属于非标自动化设备,用于剥离塑料薄膜上面的贴片电感。在工厂的贴片电感制程中,剥料是不可缺少的一环,相较于人工手动剥料,自动下料机将发挥重要的作用,而该设备的良质率将直接影响整个制程。所以,开发自动下料机就对于产品制造的自动化和高效率有着很重要的意义。86131
该课题首先针对工厂产品的生产需要来确定设计的总体原则,然后设计自动下料机的总体方案。该机台的设计方案主要包含四个部分:第一部分是料片的上料部分,将整齐的料片放置于料仓里面,通过电机和气缸动作来实现料片的传递;第二部分是剥料部分,这是最关键的一部分,这一部分通过两电机的一拉一压同步运转来实现料片在刀口上面的传送,再通过刮刀将模上面的贴片电感给铲下来;第三部分是筛料,用一个振动气缸和振动盘来实现;最后一部分是薄膜的收集,这一操作是通过三个气缸和真空发生器来实现拉完料后薄膜的收集。为了实现整个机台的运转,对于机台的设计和马达的选型就需要非常细节。机台的设计尽可能的达到了结构合理,操作简便,操作安全,自动化程度高,可靠性高的设计要求。同时,为了实现机台动作的自动与手动控制,更加贴近实际的生产需求,本机台采用了台达PLC进行控制,使得整个系统显得智能,达到了工厂的要求,充分地将机,电,气进行了有机结合。
本次设计设计了自动下料机的总体方案,绘制了机台的电器连接图,对机台的电器件接线,并对台达PLC及触摸屏进行编程,最后做了机台的调试。

The subject needs to determine the general principles of design in asollution to factory pruduct, and then design the design scheme of automatic cutting machine 。 Design of the machine platform mainly consists of four parts: the first part is a material feeding part, place the neat material piece in bunker, through the motor and transmission of the cylinder to achieve material piece; Part in the second part is a strip of material, this is the most critical part of this section by a pull a pressure of two motor synchronous operation to realize the material on the edge of transmission, and then through the knife mould of SMT inductance to shovel down; The third part is the screen, with a vibrating cylinder and vibration plate; The final part of the film collection, this operation is through three cylinders and vacuum generator to realize the film after finish pull material collection。 In order to realize the entire machine operation for the machine design and type selection of the motor is need very detail。 The machine design as much as possible, achieve the reasonable structure, convenient operation, safe operation, high automation, high reliability of the design requirements。 At the same time, in order to implement automatic and manual control, the machine moves closer to the actual production requirement, this machine used in PLC to control, make the whole system is intelligent, has reached the requirement of the factory, will fully machine, electricity, gas for the organic combination。
This design designs the overall scheme of the automatic cutting machine。 And I draw machine's electrical connection diagram, complete the machine's electrical wiring, and the programming in PLC and touch HMI, finally do the machine commissioning。
