摘要:端子又称连接器,例如主板上的CPU插座、内存插槽、PCI插槽、串口并口、USB接口等。端子裁切机主要功能是对已电镀好的端子料带进行送料、折弯和定长的切断,以代替工人手工操作,大大减小了劳动强度,提高了工作效率以及自动化程度。端子裁切机主要有送料部分、裁切部分、折弯部分以及电控部分等构成,分为送料工站、折弯工站以及裁切工站。工作时要求送料工站先将端子料带向前输送到折弯工站,然后由折弯工站中的折弯机构将其折弯,后送入裁切工站,最后由裁切工站中的裁切机构将端子料带定长切断完成端子的全部加工过程。
    此次所设计的工站的主要功能是实现对端子料带的裁切,通过对气压、液压。机械传动特点的分析,确定了该工站的工作动作主要通过气压传动来实现,通过气缸的上下往复来带动刀具啮合实现裁切,气缸的往复及速度调节通过电磁换向阀和调速阀来实现,在裁切的同时也要注意与送料和折弯工序的互不干涉,设定了相关的时序图,并在折弯工站的凸轮上设置了4个光电传感器,将信号反馈给PLC通过PLC控制来实现正确的工序,该设备具体有较好的柔性,可与其它自动化设备一起构成自动化生产线。21029

Terminal Cutting Machine——The Design of the Cutting Work Station
Abstract:Terminal is known as the connectors, such as the CPU socket on the motherboard, memory slots, PCI slots, parallel port, USB interface and so on.The main fuction of the terminal cutting machine is to transform,bend and cut the strips that have been already electroplated.It reduced the intensity of work greatly instead of manual operation and improve the efficiency and the degree of automation.The terminal cutting machine mainly consists of the transformingpart,bending part and the cutting part.When it works,transforming station is required to deliver the strips to the bending station,then,the bending station bends the strips and delivers it to the cutting station,finally,the cutting parts in the cutting station would cut the strips and complete the process.
    The station I design is to cut the stirps.Comparing with the pneumatic transmission, hydraulic, transmission and the mechanical transmission,I decided to choose the pneumatic transmission to cut the strips.With the up-and-down action of the cylinder,it can cut the strips.The solenoid valve makes the cylinder changes direction and the coltrol valve adjusts the speed of the equipment.It is noninterference among the three stations and I set timing diagram and set 4 sensors on the cam.With the feedback signal,PLC is used to control the equipment.It's flexible and could build up the automated production lines
